Returns & refunds
We aim to delight you with the products you purchase from us but, in case you change your mind, we’d be glad to offer an exchange or refund for your products in any of our stores in Riyadh as long as they satisfy the following requirements:
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the day it was purchased.
- Products to be returned must be in their original condition.
- All accessories, freebies and bundles that came with the product must also be returned.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for certain products including the following:
- Products that have been resized, cut, mixed or customized according to your specifications
- Products that quickly expire or are perishable, such as plants and turf, unless you received the wrong product or the product delivered to you is faulty or not as described
Please bring your proof of purchase such as the official receipt or tax invoice for the products to be returned. You can use the digital version of your receipt.

The whole process may take 2 to 15 days starting from the time we receive your returned products and depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies. We’ll credit your refund to your original form of payment. If you paid with a debit or credit, the refund will be credited to the same account; if you paid in cash, we’ll provide you a cash refund at the store.
Before we process the return of your installed product, we’d like to check it first to see if we can resolve the issue without having it removed. To facilitate the process, please get in touch with us at +966115116480.
The guarantee period is different from one product to another. For more information, please ask any of our colleagues in our stores; they’ll be happy to answer your questions.
- When the customer no longer has the tax invoice
- When the defect arose due to misuse or non-compliance with the instructions of use, negligence, accidents, sabotage, or maintenance work that does not conform or neglects the recommendations of the product
We are happy to provide our customers with the best services for their convenience, including order delivery which is available at a nominal fee.
While you’re in the store, please visit the Customer Service desk to book a delivery service.
The delivery timelines depend on your location and the number of products to be delivered. For more information, please speak to any of our store colleagues before booking the delivery service.
Whenever you buy timber from us, you’ll also be able to get it cut while you’re in one of our stores for free and without having to book an appointment. Just provide us the specific size you need and we’ll cut the timber according to your requirements.
