Our website journey is ending, but our commitment to you continues. If you have any questions or need details to support warranty periods, just drop us a line at care@bandq.sa. Don't worry, we'll refund all existing orders that have not been delivered.

Customer Care hours:
9:00am to 9:00pm. We are closed on Fridays.

B&Q Own brand products, MacAllister or Erbauer, carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. For support with a faulty product, please contact us at care@bandq.sa with the original receipt as proof of purchase. B&Q Own brand warranty support will cease on 28 February 2025.

For other faulty products, please contact the manufacturer’s distributor directly.
